What is bitcoin trading volume?

The actual total trading volume is much higher. Part of the trading volume is also made outside crypto exchanges, for example in the OTC (Over The Counter) market. We find that bitcoin trading volume can be much higher on the larger exchanges, such as Binance and BitForex, while smaller exchanges see less volume.
